Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On June 6, 2024, MarketWise, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s stockholders voted on the two proposals set forth below. A more detailed description of each proposal is set forth in the Company’s Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 26, 2024. The final voting results for each of the proposals submitted to a vote of the stockholders are set forth below.
Proposal 1 - Election of Directors
F. Porter Stansberry, Michael Palmer, Glenn Tongue and Matthew Smith were each elected to serve as Class III directors until the 2027 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until their respective successors shall have been duly elected and qualified, by the following votes:
